Who can apply?

Any person, association, corporation, partnership, or estate having an interest in the objectives of the organization shall be eligible to apply for membership.

The election of members shall be by the Board of Directors.

New member applications are subject to a one-time $35 processing fee.

Memberships are renewed annually on a fiscal year basis.

Any member may resign from membership upon written request to the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors shall terminate memberships 90 days past due unless otherwise extended by the Board for good cause.

Any member may be expelled by a two-thirds move of the Board of Directors for conduct unbecoming a member or prejudicial to the aims or repute of the Chamber, after notice and opportunity for a hearing are afforded the member complained against.

A $35 processing fee applies to the reactivation of a membership dropped for any reason.
